We summarize the passing year 2012. What did it bring to Eduard Romanyuta and his fans?
Each year of person’s life is difficult and brings its ups and downs. For the artist it’s even more difficult. At the beginning of 2012 Eduard Romanyuta releases his largest project “I never let go”. In one week this music video achieves over 1 million views on Youtube. The artist also tries himself out at the national selection for Eurovision-2012 and gets into the final with the song “I never let go” that was written by a swedish author Emanuel Olsson. The song takes the 5th place, and the 2nd according to people’s vote via text messages. After the presentation of this song Romanyuta was noticed by European producers.
In July 2012 the artist releases his English song “Invincible” and in one week after that Eduard presents his song “Conspiracy”. This track was called the hit of summer 2012.
On October, 2. the premiere of a new music video on the song “Invincible” takes place. Kyiv is crushed by alien creatures, high-quality 3D, the video can compete with american blockbusters. The director of the video Kadim Tarasov said that neither he, nor his friends had never made anything like that before. In several days the creation achieved over 1 million views on Youtube and in one month over 3 million views.
The filming took only 6 days, and post production – the whole year. Eduard’s fans said: “4 people in one year – that’s awesome!”
The end of year 2012 was marked by the release of new songs “Betray” and “Get Real With My Heart”. None of the singers releases songs and videos with such a lightning speed as Romanyuta does. In 2012 he takes part in national selection for Eurovision 2013. The judges gave Eduard the 3d place, though people gave him the 2nd place and called him national winner. Also, according to a popular Ukrainian music portal, in the past year Eduard Romanyuta was number one in the chart of the most called-for songs in Ukraine for 6 months. In 2012 music videos “I’ll Never Let Go” and “Invincible” were over 10 times in the first place of the chart “Navs100”. The videos of Eduard Romanyuta were in five nominations “Best Music Video”:
